About Home Banking
The Playground is a place where you can play with your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week! You can bounce from viewing one account to the other. You can even volley money between accounts.
Do you need your statement before we print and send the official one? Export it from The Playground. Need a copy of a check that cleared your share draft/checking account? Print it from The Playground. Is it midnight and you need a check mailed to you tomorrow morning but can't come to or call the Credit Union? Request it from The Playground.
And our home banking page is even safer than a real playground. Think of it as one playground monitor per person. These monitors work around the clock to ensure your saftety on The Playground.
To use The Playground, you must complete and sign the application. Print out, complete, and return the application to the credit union via mail or in person (this CANNOT be done via internet). Once your application has been processed, we will send you a letter with your temporary pin number (please note, your debit card pin number will not work). Once you receive your temporary pin number, you will be able to access The Playground and we will ask you to select a pin of your own. Please note that if you have more than one member number, you must complete a separate application for each account. Completing the Alternate Access section will only allow you to transfer money to the alternate accounts. It will not allow you to view them. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions.
Quicken? Users: The Playground will no longer be able to handle downloads or exports of files created in the upcoming release of Quicken? 2005. We apologize for any inconvenience.
